As a millennial who was almost born a Gen Xer, I have found myself straddling the fence of how to authentically be a part of the American workforce at this unique time in which Baby Boomers, Generation Xers, and Millennials are all working together.
Having been a military brat, I’ve met many people from different parts of the planet and have developed a strong skill of connecting and communicating with people in a way that lets them know I care about them and their existence. Being able to thrive in diverse settings is one of my greatest assets.
My personable approach to presenting information in a conversational way keeps audiences engaged (and entertained). The mission is always to get people thinking more confidently and clearly about their value in the world – as an employee, a dreamer, and a leader within their family and community.

Successfully taking my career in places I wanted it to go started as early as I can remember. As I life and career coach, I serve as a catalyst of change for hard-working employees who somehow got lost or off their path. We create a strategy that will allow them to successfully align their skills with jobs that they will be passionate about doing because they align with their dreams.
A good paycheck and benefits is not ENOUGH REASON to take a job. If it doesn’t align with who you are and who you plan to be, what you are doing and what you plan on doing, or where you are and where you plan on going…then the job isn’t a good fit.
With over 20 years of working in the corporate world and almost 10 of those being in the recruiting industry, equipping employees with the tools they need to be happily employed is not only my passion, but it’s my passion and purpose.
